I had been to Dr. Sejao today seeking advice for some other patient whom I am helping. I am overwhelmed by his gesture that he explained each and everything in detail with patience and didn't even take his consultation fees. I must say good doctors with human touch are still there. I will always recommend him to all.

Right now my aunt is getting treated their in ICU, I must say that staff and services at Fortis are good. Not only of patient they also take care of companion of patient. In the night we were not able to contact uncle [as he kept the phone in silent] and we called normal landline number, but without showing any anger or irritation, staff of hospital just searched uncle and ask him to contact us.

Agree, he is an excellent doctor and gives just perfect advice. I had been there to treat my kidney problem and with few course of medicines that infection just vanished.
I had also visited him to get my aunty's report evaluated as she is having major blockage in her heart veins and he gave just perfect advice instead of blindly suggesting that she has to go for open heart surgery on immediate basis. He has suggested to go for few tests and mentally prepared her for surgery at the earliest and not immediately on emergency basis.

I got an opportunity to visit Doctor Navin for my mother, currently she is getting treated for her root canal. I would like to share this experience and earlier also as he is one of the doctor who also understand patient's problem and speak and treat them accordingly.. My mother gets very scared while visiting the doctors, but she is comfortable here and not finding root canal very painful.
Infact, few months back she got some wounds on her tongue and when in hurry I visited a female dentist with her, she scared me too by saying that its some serious disease and I have to take my mother for biopsy. Then in the evening I went to meet Dr. Navin and he said that just because of her teeth are sharp and its rubbing against her tongue. He gave some ointments and just made her teeth little blunt. She got recovered in 3 days.

Went to this doctor after receiving his reference from a friend of mine. The clinic is located on the ground floor right opposite BCCI main gate. He's the only one who takes care of the clinic and he doesn't have any compounder or additional staff. Waited for close to forty minutes before my number finally came. Consulting room is air conditioned, however the waiting area is not. I had been having a severe neck pain from last couple of weeks and wanted to get it checked out. He did a normal check up and suggested few neck exercises which I need to do on a daily basis. Appearently the pain is because of sitting in front of my laptop the whole day. He also prescribed some pain killers and a cream for the pain. He is a good doctor, however he takes too long with every patient which means long wait when you go to visit him. His charges are also exorbiant. Rs. 500/- for first time visit. I'm sure they're probably less when you go visit him again but still, 500 bucks is a bit too expensive for 10 minutes work. In any case, I won't be going to him again. Only reason I went was because my family doctor was out of town and the pain was unbearable. By the way, the pain is still there and I hope it's not something major!

For my mother's treatment I had been to Sancheti hospital to meet Dr.
Sejao Vidyasindhu [consultant - internal medicine]. He is a excellent doctor with
amazing diagnosis skills. He makes a patient feel comfortable and then explains the
reason for that specific disease. His treatments are also excellent. As a general
physician I would strongly recommend him to all.

My friend had corrective Rhinoplasty after an unsuccessful operation elsewhere. The treatment here was first class, very professional and with great patient after care. The surgeon speaks excellent English and the hospital itself is state of the art.

He is very good Doctor ,cool and calm . I had called him for emergency visit @ 11.00pm , he was there within few minutes. He had carried portable ECG machine , which was very helpful for my mother who is 80+. He immediately asked us to admit her to a hospital . He was very helpful in getting the job done even though it was late@night. He is well connected in many Hospitals in south MUMBAI.

My friend had an ablation procedure in another hospital in Mumbai who were brilliant. However my friend needed a second procedure and at that time they didn't have carto mapping equipment which was recommended. Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Medical Research Institute in Mumbai had this and my friend had no hesitation in booking in. All my reservations about treatmnent abroad were dispelled in Mumbai and my friend would recommend any of the main heart hospitals in India for kind of work. Dr Balbir Singh was the main man at KDAH for this procedure and he was superb and very thorough. A pleasant surprise came at the end when my friend was being discharged, he was taken to the cashiers office and given a refund - in cash- because my treatment had cost less than the estimate!

I need to get permanent teeth fixed on me with Dental Implants. Doctors here used All-ON-4 technique using Nobel Biocare implants. Others are very expensive for this type of treatment and the cost is exorbitant. I got it done for 1/3rd the price from others and the quality of care and treatment is comparable or rather I believe better than anywhere in the world. And today I feel I am the most satisfied person and Dental patient on earth.

KEM Hospital is great. Deterioration seemed irreversible. Eating an apple or a steak was a fading memory. In the India, the verdict seemed to be that implants might not be possible, and in any case would take a year and cost a fortune.The KEM Hospital team is professional and a pleasure to work with. The are fast, efficient and impressively skilful.
KEM Hospital has consultations in Mumbai, we can choose to have checkups and aftercare right here. On the web site, they say costs are low because wages are lower. I don't think it is that. I think KEM Hospital is well managed with an efficient system that uses
expert specialists to do what they are best at. I have had extensive treatment in the USA and in Mumbai. I have no intention of going back. KEM Hospital is better. And now I eat apples and steaks, no pain, no discomfort.

This hospital specializes in accident related emergencies. However, we were not happy with the service provided to us. Their emergency service needs to buckle up and be more attentive and quick in their response. Since the hospital specializes in accident related injuries, I would most probably visit the hospital again in case of emergency but would definitely not recommend the hospital to anyone else.

Visited this hospital few years back since we had to admit one of the workers from our factory on emergency basis. Their emergency service was good and the overall feedback is just above average. Their service could imrpove a little and be more speedy.
